Who will work on my property?
It will be me and Paula. Bigger companies will end up sending employees just looking to get to 5 o’clock with the least effort!

Are you totally legal?
We hold all the required and necessary licenses for a gardening company.

When will you come?
Most customers require either weekly or fortnightly visits, and the aim is to come on the same day of the week each time

Do you have your own equipment?
Yes, Local Gardener has all of the professional tools to maintain any size garden, big or small.

What about waste?
We prefer to put it in your garden waste wheelie bin or your compost area. We can remove waste but this is charged extra

What happens about payment?

Our contracts are divided into 12 equal payments. I will send you an invoice at the end of each month. You can pay by cheque or by internet banking.

What if i want to cancel?

After the first two months we require 30 days notice of cancellation

Do I need to provide any facilities for you?

No, we are completely self contained

What about health and safety?

I have a comprehensive health and safety policy. Risk assessments, method statements and coshh statements are done for each job. We do these ourselves and the customer does not have to do anything. They can be seen on request.

How much are you insured for?

Public liability £5m
